Job Description
Responsible for oversight and day-to-day operations of Family Resource Center and the creation of a welcoming and caring environment that promotes family well-being through resources, education, and information. Ideal skills Ideal candidate will have experience using database and tracking systems, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal formats. They should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and office equipment, able to work with individuals from diverse programs, exercise sound judgement, follow written and verbal instructions, and problem-solve in a structured environment. As a Pro Action employee working 30 hours per week, you are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 403b retirement plan with employer-based contributions, generous personal and sick leave, plus more. Associate's degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field or equivalent with experience in a related field of work. The ideal candidate must have a driver's license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
