Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide in-person counseling services to individuals. In this role, you will support clients facing challenges by offering solution-focused therapy in a supportive and confidential setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful work, strong client relationships, and helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Responsibilities Provide in-person counseling sessions. Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care Requirements Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
