Position Types Available:
Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem About the Role We're growing our Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program in Patterson, NY and are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and collaborative Related Service Providers to join our multidisciplinary team. Whether you're a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW), Special Education Teacher, or other qualified related service provider , you'll play an essential role in helping preschool-aged children develop the communication, motor, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about early childhood intervention and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented educational environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, individualized therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP or service plan. Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring as appropriate. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that support each child's developmental goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other service providers to promote student success. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, session notes, and required reports. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Utilize play-based and developmentally appropriate interventions within the preschool setting. Support students in developing communication, social-emotional, sensory, motor, and functional skills necessary for school readiness. Ensure compliance with New York State regulations, program requirements, and professional standards. Qualifications Candidates must possess the appropriate New York State license, certification, or credentials applicable to their discipline.

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) Occupational Therapists (OT) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Physical Therapists (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Special Educators Other qualified related service providers eligible to provide preschool services in New York State Preferred Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children (3-5 years old). Experience providing services in educational or early intervention settings. Knowledge of child development and early childhood best practices. Familiarity with IEP implementation and multidisciplinary collaboration. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.
