JOB SUMMARY
Family Services of Westchester is seeking a Full-Time RJ Team Leader/CCMI Program Manager to join our Restorative Justice Program located in Yonkers, NY. RJ Team Leader will work collaboratively with the RJ Director to provide support to the RJ teams (RISE and SNUG), provide direct supervision and program execution for CCMI, provide vision that is aligned with the organization's/department, and to pursue funding opportunities that continue to fill gaps in services that RJ participants experience.
RESPONSIBILITES
Work collaboratively with the RJ -Director to provide support and regular supervision to assigned programs/teams which includes budgets/reports/program renewal applications: CCMI, SNUG, and Project RISE Participate in meetings required by program funders and required to maintain optimal program function Facilitate weekly RJ team meetings which are inclusive of all teams and utilizes circle/restorative practices Visit youth in facility and complete an intake/assessment to determine needs/goals/appropriate FRO referral. Support CCMI GROs by offering guidance, coaching, reviewing and processing monthly invoices. Reviewing, weekly
CCMI GRO
case notes and reconciling them to the monthly invoices before submitting for payment. Work with CCMI participants individually to identify barriers to setting and achieving personal goals and developing realistic strategies to achieving goals Complete and submit accurate CCMI and RISE reports as required. Ensure that SNUG reports are submitted in a timely manner Participate in weekly team briefing meetings Maintain accurate records
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/LICENSURE MHC,MSW LMHC,LMSW
MBA or other related field Valid NYS driving license
EXPERIENCE 3-5
years in related field SKILLS Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred) Desire to work in underserved communities Proficient in the use of computers, and specifically with database management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passionate about providing high-quality care to low-income, underserved residents in a mental health setting knowledge of program target groups, awareness of client needs, ability to effectively interview clients from diverse backgrounds to obtain facts in a culturally competent manner and to recognize relevant case information There are a variety of benefits to joining Family Services of Westchester, an organization with over 65 years of history impacting vulnerable communities.
