Home Visitor, Ely Chd-NE Catholic Charities Corporation - 4.0 Cleveland, OH Job Details $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Catholic Charities is seeking a few candidates who want to make a difference to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor in Cuyahoga County. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between parent/caregiver and child. You'd be responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; complete home visits, develop goals, conduct screenings, parenting education and referrals to resources. PERKS - Flexible work schedule, mileage reimbursement, great benefits package Qualified candidates must have at least an associate degree in urban studies, early childhood, social work or 2+ years' experience in human services, early childhood or similar field.
