7:45 AM•3:15 PM, 35 hours per week An established school district near Cleveland is searching for a compassionate and detail-oriented School Psychologist to join its student services team. This full-time opportunity allows professionals to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' academic, behavioral, and emotional development across multiple grade levels. The district values collaboration, innovation, and student-centered support services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students. Interpret testing data and prepare comprehensive reports. Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings with school staff and families. Provide consultation services regarding behavior management and learning strategies. Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning.
Skills:
Strong analytical and assessment abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Knowledge of special education laws and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio School Psychologist license or certification. Specialist-level or doctoral degree in School Psychology. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
Experience:
School-based experience preferred but not required. Experience supporting students with behavioral or learning challenges is beneficial.
Education:
