Early Intervention Service Coordinator

As an Early Intervention Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need. If you are passionate about helping others and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply. ```Responsibilities``` Provide support and consultation to parents of infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays Take primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) Coordinate all necessary services, referrals, assessments, and timelines Work in collaboration with other community providers and provide referrals for additional services the family may need. ```Requirements``` Associate's Degree in Child Development or related field DD experience preferred Candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain EI Service Coordinator certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities FBI/BCI Background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical & drug test upon offer of employment If you have the qualifications listed we invite you to apply for the position of Early Intervention Service Coordinator.
