  • We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Social Worker LSW to join our team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
As a Licensed Social Worker LSW, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional social work services to our residents, promoting their well-being, and enhancing their overall quality of life. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health services to residents, including individual and group therapy, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Identify and address social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents
  • Offer guidance and support to residents, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident services and progress
  • Participate in staff development and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
