Job Description:

We are seeking experienced child care professionals to join our team as part-time mentors. This role involves working directly with youth, supporting their development, and maintaining a structured, respectful environment.

Schedule:

Part-time Hours:

5:00 PM - 8:00

PM Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with youth in a safe and supportive manner Provide mentorship with a balance of patience and fairness Maintain structure, boundaries, and positive behavior expectations Assist with basic documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

Experience working with children or youth (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, consistent, and fair approach to mentorship Ability to handle behavioral challenges calmly and effectively
