Overview We have full and part-time positions. We are seeking passionate and energetic Teen Advocate/Facilitators to lead youth programs focused on delivery of pregnancy prevention programming using creative teaching, lesson planning/reporting, working with girls, boys, and their families. The position is also responsible for providing after-school programming and transportation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire teens and develop impactful programs that foster positive change. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field a plus. Successful candidates will possess great communication skills. Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead engaging activities and discussions tailored to teens' interests and developmental needs Provide mentorship and guidance to help youth build confidence and resilience Support behavioral health initiatives by promoting healthy coping strategies Assist in planning and executing youth programs focused on social skills, conflict management, and personal growth Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to ensure a safe and inclusive environment Document program participation and progress, maintaining accurate records Foster positive relationships with participants to encourage ongoing engagement Join us in empowering the next generation!
