Job Description

OCIAL WORKER
- Harmony Hospice Care The ideal candidate must have an LSW or LISW in the state of OH, Hospice experience, flexible and willing to travel. This is a Full time position for Youngstown and surrounding areas We are offering a very competitive salary based on experience (between $60K and $68K) and a generous benefit package including Health, Dental, Matched 401(k) and PTO days. Job Requirements Must be a Social Worker in the State of Ohio Must have Hospice experience Must be willing to travel Must have reliable transportation and insurance
