Join the Movement to End Youth Homelessness Case Manager - Direct Cash Transfer & Housing Navigation Cascade Youth & Family Center | Bend, Oregon Starting rate is DOE | Full-Time | Great Benefits | Make an Impact Are you passionate about social justice, housing equity, and uplifting the voices of young people? Do you believe in the power of meeting youth where they're at—with compassion, advocacy, and unwavering support? If so, Cascade Youth & Family Center (CYFC) wants you on our team. We're seeking a dynamic, trauma-informed Case Manager to support youth and young adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability through Oregon's innovative Direct Cash Transfer (DCT) program. What You'll Do:
As a Case Manager - DCT & Housing Navigation, you'll work directly with youth, many of whom identify as BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, or are pregnant/parenting, to: Build individualized plans focused on housing, employment, education, and wellness. Provide holistic case management, crisis support, and life skills development. Help clients navigate benefits, locate safe and stable housing, and transition into independence. Collaborate with community partners, attend property viewings, and walk side-by-side with youth through key life milestones. Contribute to research and program innovation that's shaping the future of youth services in Oregon.
What You Bring:
Cultural humility and experience supporting youth from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of Housing First, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care. 1-3 years of case management or youth service experience (lived experience also valued). Strong relationship-building skills and comfort working both independently and as part of a passionate team. A degree in a related field—or equivalent experience and commitment to the work. Why CYFC?
