Nap Time and Aftercare Support The Montessori School - 4.2 Dresher, PA Job Details Part-time $17 - $22 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications School experience Student supervision Outdoor work Personal service experience with children Working with students Full Job Description After-School Care Staff The Montessori School The Montessori School is seeking a warm, responsible, and energetic individual to join our team as a Nap Time and After-School Care Staff Member . This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a safe, engaging environment at the end of the school day.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 11:45 AM-5:45 PM Responsibilities include: Supervising children in a safe, caring, and respectful manner Engaging students in play, crafts, and outdoor activities Supporting a calm and welcoming after-school environment Maintaining clear communication with colleagues and families
Qualifications:
Experience working with children (school, camp, childcare, or similar) preferred Dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with children Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a supportive school community rooted in Dr. Maria Montessori's philosophy of respect, independence, and curiosity.
