FAMILY RESOURCE NAVIGATOR
JusticeWorks YouthCare Schedule:
Part Time (Some evenings and weekends required)
Location:

Position Summary You will be responsible for connecting families with community resources and services to support their needs. This role assists families in identifying and accessing resources such as housing, food programs, childcare, healthcare, and educational support. What you'll do Guide families in accessing local, county, and state resources (housing, food, healthcare, employment, childcare, financial assistance) Advocate for families to ensure timely access to needed services Develop individualized service plans with clear goals and action steps Build strong, supportive relationships with families Transport clients using a personal vehicle Qualifications High School Diploma (required) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends JusticeWorks is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
