Job Description

Stepping Stones Preschools Stepping Stones Preschools is seeking a passionate, organized, and community-minded Family Engagement Coordinator to strengthen connections between home, school, and community within our Pre-K Counts programs. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with families, planning meaningful events, and creating welcoming spaces where children and caregivers thrive together.
Position Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with children, families, and community partners Meet with families to provide resources, encouragement, and enrollment support. Coordinate family engagement initiatives across our preschool locations in Mansfield, Troy, Lawrenceville, Elkland and Westfield Plan and lead family events, workshops, and community activities Community marketing outreach with local businesses and organizations Organize and facilitate our PEBBLES Family Engagement Group quarterly meetings Connect families with community services and supports Support parent communication and participation efforts Collaborate with leadership and teaching teams to strengthen family partnerships Help create a warm, inclusive, family-centered culture
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education, family services, social work, education, or related field preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience planning events or working with groups Passion for family engagement and community building Friendly, professional, and dependable Ability to work evening family and community events
