Job Description
Coordinator of Klarich Center for Academic Excellence
- Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls Archdiocese of Philadelphia

- Foster social responsibility, recognizing that education is more than classroom achievement; it is a holistic commitment to playing their part in establishing a sustainable future for the city.
- Meet with students monthly to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Develop a leadership trajectory within the group to ensure that students entering the program become mentors upon entering their junior year.
- Monitor academic progress and facilitate interventions when needed. Current Responsibilities for the Dual Enrollment Program at Little Flower
- Acting as the liaison for the students and professors
- Monitoring and supervising classes
- Meeting with the students on an individual basis to maintain student growth and outcomes
- Acting as the liaison with the APAA, Principal, and Director of Guidance with course development with the colleges/universities.
- Recruiting students into the program and setting the proper parameters for academic success
Classroom Environment:
Maker Space o- Inventory
- keep track and detail log of purchases through the Klarich Center. Give monthly usage reports to the President and work with the President's Office in the purchasing of new materials for the Center based on the needs of the students and the teachers Qualifications
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Experience with developing dual enrollment programs in high schools within the tri-state area is preferred The Archdiocese offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and education.
