Permanency Supervisor Your Job As a Permanency Supervisor, you will lead and support a team dedicated to helping children achieve what every child deserves a safe, stable, and permanent family connection. Through mentorship, guidance, and oversight, you'll ensure children and families receive high-quality services while empowering staff to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. Your leadership will help create pathways to permanency, belonging, and brighter futures.

• Help children move from uncertainty to belonging by supporting pathways to permanency and lifelong family connections
• Lead and encourage a team whose work changes the trajectory of children's lives for generations to come

• Support families through life's most significant transitions, helping create hope, healing, and stability
• Build a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability that ensures children and families receive the highest quality care
• Strengthen community partnerships and referral relationships that expand opportunities and resources for children in need What You Bring
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with at least two years of Human Services experience
• Experience working with children and families in foster care, adoption, child welfare, or related human services settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to mentor and develop staff while maintaining service quality and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation What Puts You Ahead
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in child welfare or permanency services
• Experience supporting adoption, foster care, kinship, or permanency programs
• Strong understanding of state regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in child welfare
