Wilson, PA Job Details Part-time Up to $17 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Student supervision Confidential Clearance High school diploma or GED Child Development Student activities (student support initiatives) Activity planning for children Leadership Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic After-School Program Director to lead our elementary school after-school program (grades K-4). This role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, student activities, and family communication while insuring a safe, engaging environment for children Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily enrichment activities and homework support Manage and support program staff and schedules Maintain attendance, enrollment, and program records Communicate with families and school personnel Ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working with elementary-aged children Leadership or supervisory experience Strong organizational and communication skills Background clearances required
Schedule:
Monday-Friday afternoons 2:30-6:30pm; occasional evenings for events.
