$23.00 - $25.00/hour The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Bilingual Youth Services Coordinator to join our Outreach & Education Department . This key role provides trauma-informed services to youth impacted by domestic violence and engages the community through education and partnerships. If you are a bilingual professional passionate about breaking the cycle of violence and committed to uplifting the voices of young survivors, we want you on our team . Key Responsibilities Conduct youth and family intake assessments and develop comprehensive case plans. Facilitate age-appropriate groups, including play/art therapy, journal writing, and child education groups addressing safety planning. Provide youth-focused individual counseling and lead parent-child workshops. Serve as a liaison with schools, social services, and legal entities. Support childcare during adult client sessions and maintain a safe youth program environment. Represent WSLB's Youth Services at public events, community meetings, and schools. Facilitate "Building Healthy Relationships" presentations to prevent teen dating violence. Maintain complete, audit-ready case files and submit accurate monthly service reports in compliance with grant requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required); Khmer is highly beneficial. Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth services, counseling, or case management. Completion of 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate Training (required). Civil Rights and Mandated Reporter training (required). College degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience delivering trauma-informed, youth-centered services. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the mission of WSLB. Valid California driver's license, insurance, and CPR certification (or ability to obtain). Ability to assist in emergency evacuations, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, and work around service animals.
