Crisis Response On-call Rates Responding On-Call Rate:

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for providing on-call, in-person social service crisis intervention counseling for families with children ages 0 - 17 years of age. Services are provided for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. May provide initial screening of child protection cases and initial face to face contact to ensure child and family safety and provide information and appropriate referrals.Location In-home/Remote:
Scott County Schedule On Call shifts run Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 8:00am and 24 hours per day weekend coverage. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in social work, social services, or related human services field. Currently reside in a location where Scott County can be reached in less than 60 minutes. Interested and available to work assigned shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays with flexible hours. Interested and available to provide relief coverage when necessary. Preferred Qualifications Two (2) or more years' experience in child protection, court services, human services, or family counseling.CHILD PROTECTION EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED.
