What You'll Do:
Meet families throughout Pinal county in their homes (1-2 hours weekly) to coach and uplift parents. Use evidence-based parenting strategies customized to each family's strengths, culture, and needs. Partner with child welfare teams and service providers to build a network of support. Help parents access vital resources, navigate crises, and develop lasting skills. Keep detailed progress records to celebrate growth and track change.Why This Role Matters:

2+ years in child welfare, teaching, or a related human services field Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for advocacy A valid AZ driver's license, insured vehicle, and clean driving record (no major violations or DUI in the past 5 years) Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Tech literacy (Google Workspace, Adobe PDF, and documentation skills)Perks & Benefits:
