We are hiring a Hybrid Master Social Worker (MSW) Therapist for our Braintree, MA clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MSW graduate , a pre-licensed social worker working toward ASWB exam eligibility or securing an exam date , or a newly licensed LCSW who is ready to begin or continue their outpatient therapy career in a supportive, structured, and modern clinical environment. You do not have to put your career or income on hold while moving through the licensure process. Schedule and Location This is a hybrid position based out of our Braintree, MA clinic. 2 onsite days per week in our brand-new, beautifully designed Braintree clinic Remaining days may include remote telehealth work Full-time schedule Outpatient setting W-2 employee role The clinic offers a professional, modern, and inviting environment for therapy sessions, collaboration, supervision, and team support. What You'll Do As a Hybrid MSW Therapist, you will provide outpatient therapy services to clients in a structured and supportive clinical setting.
Responsibilities include:
Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy Conduct clinical intakes and biopsychosocial assessments Develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in paid clinical supervision Join case consultation and team collaboration as needed Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinical professionals when appropriate Provide services both in person and through telehealth Build your caseload gradually with support from clinical and administrative teams Deliver compassionate, ethical, client-centered care Who We're Looking For We welcome candidates who are committed to becoming strong, thoughtful, and clinically grounded outpatient therapists. Master's degree in Social Work, MSW , from an accredited program Ability to work onsite in Braintree, MA at least 2 days per week Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Interest in outpatient mental health care Commitment to ethical, client-centered clinical practice Welcomed:

Our outpatient model is built around clinical support, communication, and access to a broader care team. Depending on client needs, therapists may collaborate with: Psychiatrists Psychiatric nurse practitioners Clinical supervisors Other therapists and social workers Administrative support teams Intake and scheduling teams This allows therapists to focus more on clinical care while still having the structure and support of a larger outpatient behavioral health team.
