$5,000 Retention Bonus Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join a collaborative behavioral health team serving patients across the lifespan. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician passionate about providing high-quality mental health services within an integrated healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a commitment to improving access to behavioral healthcare. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, mental status examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and interventions. Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health consultation as needed. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members. Document all patient encounters and clinical services within the electronic medical record. Participate in care coordination and treatment planning activities. Identify and address child welfare concerns and follow appropriate reporting procedures. Educate healthcare staff regarding psychosocial issues affecting patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings. May provide supervision to social work interns and trainees.
