Position Purpose The EOATIX Intake and Resolutions Manager is responsible for initial intake for all incoming reports and complaints under the Sexual and GenderBased Misconduct Policy (SMP) and the Nondiscrimination and AntiHarassment Policy (NDAP). In addition, this position will assist in reviewing reports made under bias reporting or in relation to issues involving the protection of minors policy. This individual will work closely with the Director of Title IX & EO Services, Sr. Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Coordinator, and ADA/504 Coordinator to oversee and coordinate resolution processes for the office. The EOATIX Case Manager may also assist with assignment and tracking the completions of EOATIX required trainings for staff, faculty, and graduate students. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including experience handling highly confidential sensitive material.
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, interpret and present information and data for parties, leadership, and other relevant audiences.
Ability to develop and maintain productive, collaborative relationships and partnerships with the campus community.
Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills.

Ability to recommend and innovate ideas to organize and implement policy and process improvements, develop case management procedures, and record retention and document management protocols.
