Diverse Patient Populations Our Areas of Focus Include:
Mood & Anxiety Disorders Postpartum Mental Health Senior Cognitive & Mental Health Care Substance Use & Dual Diagnosis What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth Develop individualized treatment plans and support patients in achieving their goals Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing clinical collaboration Qualifications Active LMSW license in Michigan Experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and/or trauma Strong communication and clinical skills Comfortable providing services in a telehealth environment Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care Benefits Flexible scheduling Health Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off Fully remote work environment
