). In this role, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team focusing on adolescents and families experiencing mental health difficulties.

Job Duties include:

Providing comprehensive behavioral health assessment Treatment Planning Counseling and Intervention Services Continually monitoring and documenting client progress and outcomes. Deliver educational information to clients and families Participate in staff meetings and case conferences Maintains Electronic Records Facilitate Groups as needed

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) Current, unencumbered clinical license in the State of Ohio (Preference given to independently licensed clinicians) Exceptional communication skills Computer skills Consistent demonstration of maturity and sound judgement Valid Drivers License This role does offer in-office hours and can accommodate some remote work.
