Evaluator is responsible for performing in-person assessments for individuals who may have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and/or developmental disability and may require placement within a long-term care facility. An assessment is completed to determine the level of care, as well as to make recommendations for both nursing and mental health services. Skills to be Successful Flexibility, resiliency, and adaptability Self-directed and autonomous Proficient with written communication Organized Comfortable with navigating various technologies and computer applications Team player mentality Education and Experience MSW full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW) At least 2 years of clinical experience, including mental health experience Older adult care or experience working with disabled population preferred Reliable transportation to make client assessments If this rare opportunity interests you, apply today and find out more!
