Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + one late day (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Assignment Type:

Temporary (with potential for long-term placement) Overview We are seeking a licensed clinician (LCSW or LMFT) to provide behavioral health services within a primary care setting. This role focuses on delivering short-term, evidence-based therapy to children, families, and adults while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide individual, family, group, and child therapy Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, brief therapy, crisis intervention, etc.) Support patients with coping skills, behavioral health needs, and life challenges Coordinate care with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams Assist with referrals to community resources and specialty services Document assessments and progress notes in EPIC Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and program development Minimum Qualifications Active LCSW or LMFT license (California BBS required) Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field At least 1 year of clinical experience (including experience with children) Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross) Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) preferred Skills & Experience Experience with CBT, crisis intervention, family therapy, and brief interventions Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work with diverse and underserved populations Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Work Environment Hybrid schedule (remote + onsite at primary care clinic) Office-based setting with occasional travel to sites/programs

Pay:

$50.00 - $65.00 per hour
