Job Description

Please note: This is a contract role. Payment is issued upon completion of placement and supervision reports. International Experience (iE) is seeking passionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in their local communities. As a Student Exchange Coordinator —also known as a Local Coordinator —you will play a vital role in both mentoring high school exchange students and recruiting host families in your area to welcome them. At iE, we pride ourselves on offering personalized, hands-on support to every student and host family. With your help, we can create unforgettable experiences that foster cross-cultural understanding and lifelong memories. What does a Local Coordinator do? Recruit Host Families Reach out to families in your area who may be interested in hosting an exchange student for one or two semesters. Make Placements & Vet Families Help match students with the right host families and vet potential host families to ensure they meet the requirements to host. Supervision Stay in regular contact with students and host families to offer guidance and ensure student safety and well-being. Perks of the
