Provide support for individuals with disabilities or special needs to facilitate meaningful visitation experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in social work, child welfare, family law, or related fields; prior work with children is highly valued. Strong skills in crisis intervention, conflict management, and behavioral health strategies. Knowledge of child protective services protocols and best practices for supervised visitation. Ability to apply motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive communication and resolve conflicts constructively. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain detailed records accurately.
