Videos Duties Help The VA Boston Brockton supervisory team has a variety of clinical programs with a wide range of social work services providing outpient and community-based services and trement for veterans and families. These programs include complex specialty care such as, Dementia Care Coordinion, Intime Partner Violence, Veteran Directed Care, and Medical Foster Homes. The section also includes larger programs such as the Post 9/11 Military 2 VA Case Management (to include the Wounded Warrior Care Network), the Coordined Care and Integred Case Management Program, and Home-Based Primary Care social workers. The incumbent is responsible for the stregic planning and operion of assigned program and operions ensuring goal alignment with Social Work Service The incumbent is responsible for the stregic planning and operion of assigned programs and operions ensuring goal alignment with Social Work Service.
