Visitation Supervisor Remote $24

is seeking professional, dependable individuals to serve as Supervised Visitation Monitors for court-ordered and private supervised visitation services. This position involves traveling to the visit site and supervising and documenting parent-child visits in community, home, and virtual settings while maintaining neutrality, professionalism, and child safety standards. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with flexible scheduling based on case availability. This role is not babysitting or childcare. Monitors are expected to maintain professionalism, neutrality, and accurate documentation standards at all times. Join a team where professionalism, child safety, and meaningful work come together. Hours:
Many visits are weekends and evenings, however we are also seeking individuals who do have daytime availability as well
  • Thursdays and Mondays are a Plus between 12-3 pm for visits.
Responsibilities Supervise and monitor visits for vulnerable adults and / or children. Maintain child safety and enforce visit guidelines Observe and document interactions objectively Submit detailed reports within required deadlines Maintain neutrality and professional boundaries Communicate professionally with office staff and clients Follow court orders, company policy, and safety protocols Redirect or intervene when necessary for safety or policy compliance Qualifications Minimum age: 21 Bachelor's degree preferred in: Social Work Psychology Criminal Justice Education Human Services Behavioral Health Or related field Relevant professional experience may be considered Comfortable working in structured family-service environments Strong written documentation skills Reliable transportation and smartphone/computer access required Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations All Monitors must meet the following requirements to be scheduled independently: Completion of company-required training within 30 calendar days Current CPR certification Completion of Mandated Reporter training Successful criminal background check Agreement to comply with all documentation, neutrality, and conduct standards
