Job Description
We are immediately seeking individuals for the Local Coordinator position who have experience in youth exchange and/or willing to be trained. Responsibilities include recruiting and screening volunteer host families, facilitating positive relationships with local schools, and supporting exchange students during their program in the United States.
Requirements:
Have an enthusiastic and caring disposition. Be an excellent communicator. Have an interest in foreign cultures. Networking Skills & Approachable. Enjoy working with youth between 15 and 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma and at least 7 years post high school work/life experience. Responsible. Have transportation.Compensation & Travel Opportunities:
This is considered a flexible part-time work from home position and is supplemental commission income. On average, a local coordinator who places 5 to 25 (academic year) students, earnings can range between $4,000- 30,000 annually in compensation from placement fees, supervision fees and bonuses.
