Job Description

Do you want to make a difference in people's lives? Are you compassionate and have an interest in helping individuals with disabilities and their families? United Cerebral Palsy or Rhode Island (UCPRI) is here to help! UCPRI is seeking to employ a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator for our children's home-based therapeutic services (HBTS) program. Our HBTS programs are home and community-based programs that assist and support the family/client with a behavioral plan and individual goals. The Treatment Coordinator's tasks include processing payroll for staff and collecting data for the Clinical Supervisors, helping to train support staff to work directly with clients (activities of daily living), safety awareness, and participating in social interactions. Position will require 2-3 days per week in our office in Pawtucket. Flexible schedule is required in accordance with clients' needs. Shifts may vary daily ranging from 9:00am-5:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm depending on the schedule.
Treatment Coordinator responsibilities:
Complete intake with families. Gather information and evaluations to facilitate HBTS application, authorization, and renewal. Coordinate services and communicate with families/other service providers to maintain lines of communication and ensure consistent goals across programs. Administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to scheduling staff, administrative supervision of staff, coordinating staff training/meetings, training on data collection. Gather and collate child specific data and provide information to the clinical team. Create data sheets/staff materials under the clinical supervisor's direction. Ensure that all documentation and forms are complete, accurate and timely. Organize, disseminate and update documentation relating to the child's plan, including an in-home folder. Provide direct support to a caseload of clients. Complete file audits regularly and updates as needed. Complete all visual supports needed for support of treatment plan. Attend supervision as scheduled, attend team meetings as assigned.
Treatment Coordinator requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age A bachelor's degree in social work or related field A valid driver's license An inspected vehicle and current car insurance Must be able to pass background check Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Two (2) years' experience working with children. HBTS experience a plus. Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for this role.
