Position Overview Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a highly organized, relational, and mission-driven Family Engagement Coordinator to support and execute advancement initiatives. This is a collaborative role that works in close partnership with the Director of Advancement to carry forward the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of fundraising, donor engagement, and events. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, communicates clearly, and finds joy in bringing structure, follow-through, and excellence to meaningful work. What This Role Is This role is: A right-hand partner in advancement execution Highly collaborative and communicative Structured, organized, and detail-driven Key Responsibilities Execution & Coordination Implement advancement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Advancement Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and events Ensure consistent follow-through on all advancement priorities Donor Relations & Stewardship Heavy contact and relationship management Maintain donor records and data integrity in DonorPerfect Execute timely and thoughtful donor acknowledgments Assist in stewardship efforts that ensure donors feel known and valued Event Coordination Lead planning and logistics for major events (Legacy Dinner, donor receptions, etc.) Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and timelines Ensure excellence in execution from start to finish Administrative & Systems Support Generate reports and assist with data tracking Support communication efforts (emails, mailings, campaign materials) Help maintain organized systems and processes across advancement What Success Looks Like Clear, consistent communication with the Director of Advancement Fund raising goals met Earning stakeholder confidence Strong follow-through and reliability A calm, organized presence in busy seasons A spirit of humility, teamwork, and shared ownership Advancement initiatives that run smoothly and reflect excellence Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Clear and proactive communicator High attention to detail and follow-through Relational and team-oriented Experience in administration, events, nonprofit, or school setting preferred CRM/database experience a plus Spiritual & Cultural Expectations A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Alignment with TCA's mission and Statement of Faith A heart for serving students, families, and the broader school community
