Brownsville, TX Salary:
$14.00 Caseworker - (Brownsville, TX) We are seeking a motivated Caseworker to support individuals and families in need. This is a meaningful role focused on connecting clients to essential resources and helping them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client intake, interviews, and needs assessments Develop and manage individualized service plans Connect clients to housing, food, healthcare, employment, and legal resources Maintain accurate and timely case documentation Track client progress and provide follow-up support Collaborate with community partners and service providers Ensure confidentiality and compliance with agency guidelines
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$14/hour
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field OR prior experience in case management or social services Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred #2315
