Primary Purpose:

The team of student workers provides support to run the daily operations of the Central Staff or Maintenance Department.

Qualifications:

U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status Currently enrolled, full-time student at a regionally accredited U.S. college or University or currently enrolled in Carrizo Springs High School

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Clerical/Tech Workers:

Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to on-campus deliveries, photocopying, filing, computer work, typing, data entry, answering the telephone, directing calls, and mail pick-up and dissemination.

Tools/Equipment Used:

Standard office equipment including computer and peripherals;

Posture:

Regular sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting

Motion:

Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; regular overhead reaching; climbing ladders

Lifting:

Frequent light lifting and carrying (under 15 pounds); occasional moderate lifting and carrying (15-44 pounds)

Environment:

Work inside; work alone or outside.

Mental Demands:
