This position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving as the first point of contact for prospective members and playing a vital role in fostering and growing a thriving academy community. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for students and their families while supporting student enrollment, retention, customer service, community outreach, and the day-to-day operations of the academy. This position includes responsibility for student transportation as part of our After-School Program, including school pickups using academy vehicles. Duties Welcome prospective students and families and provide academy tours Guide new students through the enrollment and onboarding process Manage front desk operations and student communications Follow up on leads, inquiries, trial students, and membership opportunities Track student attendance, milestones, and retention efforts Coordinate belt testing events, special events, camps, and academy activities Oversee daily operations of the After-School Program, including student check-in/check-out procedures and parent communication Safely operate academy vehicles to transport students from local schools to the academy Conduct scheduled school pickups while maintaining student safety and accountability at all times Ensure a safe, positive, and structured environment for all students Support local marketing initiatives, referral programs, school partnerships, and community outreach efforts Maintain accurate student records and administrative systems Assist with social media content, promotions, and academy events Work closely with instructors and ownership to ensure an outstanding student experience Help create a culture of excellence, discipline, respect, confidence, and personal growth Skills Customer service, sales, childcare, education, youth programs, recreation, martial arts, or program coordination experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning CRM, scheduling, and student management software Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and professional appearance Passion for helping children and families succeed Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Martial arts experience is helpful but not required Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, camp, sports, or after-school setting is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving academy vans and transporting children safely Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review Schedule Monday -
