  • adjust as needed) Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our long-term care team in Rockwall, TX.
In this role, you will support residents and their families by addressing psychosocial needs, facilitating care planning, and ensuring the highest level of resident well-being and satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone passionate about advocacy, regulatory compliance, and improving quality of life for residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
