Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the learning center Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment Conduct new parent orientations and placement tests Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students Manage scheduling, attendance, and administrative tasks Support the instructor with classroom management and student supervision Assist students with classwork and independent learning Prepare and organize student work, maintain records, and order materials Train and supervise assistants Grade, record and work with students as needed for a smooth center operation. Help build a liaison with local schools and other small businesses Social media advertising and posting Housekeeping and keep the center clean with team effort.

Qualifications:

Experience managing or leading in a child-focused environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus (training provided)
