Overview Live Oak is looking for a Grammar Coordinator of Student Life, who is passionate about cultivating a vibrant, virtuous culture at our school and instilling wisdom and virtue in students, to join the Grammar administrative team. The Grammar Coordinator is a Live Oak staff member, who exemplifies a Christian worldview in personal life; embraces the classical model of education; enjoys and loves students; and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Regular involvement in a church community is expected. Job Goals To foster an orderly, virtuous learning environment that follows the classical methodology with a Christian worldview while incorporating the educational ideals of Charlotte Mason; coordinate school events, facilitate campus operations; direct the house system; plan and assist with school assemblies, chapel services, and special ceremonies; provide student mentorship, discipleship, and discipline; foster positive communication and relationships within the school community; oversee after school programs and clubs.
