Join our team as a Family Advocate and help families build strength, stability, and self-reliance, all while supporting children in reaching their fullest potential! About the Role As a Family Advocate, you'll provide strengths-based case management services that support family well-being while ensuring compliance with Head Start, licensing, and health regulations. You'll connect families with resources, monitor health and screening requirements, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with teachers, lead family engagement activities, assist with enrollment and recruitment, and support families in accessing the services they need to thrive. What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's degree in social, human, or family services Two years of related experience
