Your Role:

Lead and mentor counselors to ensure high-quality patient care Oversee intake operations and patient screenings Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations Monitor treatment plans and facilitate performance improvements Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment

What You Bring:

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
