13 Weeks Job Summary Providence Health and Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will provide psychosocial support, care coordination, discharge planning, and patient advocacy services in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Assess patients' psychosocial needs and develop appropriate care plans Provide counseling, emotional support, and crisis intervention Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EPIC Manage an average caseload of 18-24 patients Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Social Worker Active Washington State LMSW or LCSW license required Master's Degree in Social Work required BLS Certification required EPIC charting experience required Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
