Military Family Advocate (Part Time)

Make a meaningful impact on mental health care within the military community by joining Telemynd as a Military Family Advocate. Engage with military families by creating family-oriented events, attending relevant on-base functions and simply raising awareness about our essential mental health services. Utilize social media platforms to further amplify awareness and make a lasting impact. This flexible part-time role offers 8 hours per week for 6 months, providing an opportunity to contribute to expanding access to quality care. About Us Telemynd is a national mental health company dedicated to expanding access to virtual Therapy and Psychiatry for the entire military community. Our mission is to ensure that individuals can access quality care regardless of their circumstances. Join our team and make a positive impact on people's lives. Help us bridge the gap between those in need and our national network of therapists and prescribers. Together, we can expand essential mental health care throughout the military population. Responsibilities Creatively plan meaningful events for military families and engage with military spouses to raise awareness of our mental health services. Familiarize yourself with our vision, mission, goals, and services to effectively represent the company. Utilize social media, chat groups, and message boards to educate and create awareness of our services, enhancing accessibility for members and families. Track activities and provide progress reports to measure the impact of your efforts. Qualifications Current active-duty military spouse based at Fairchild AFB, Washington Reliable transportation to visit on-base locations. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Active involvement in the local military community is preferred

Demonstrated working knowledge of social media and community involvement.
