Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) Supervisor, is responsible for providing and performing lessons in the ECEAP program. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range:
$35.23
75 ECEAP Instructor per 2026-27 Public School Employees Salary Schedule. Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation .

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. BA degree in Early Childhood Education Development or related field and two years of experience OR AA degree in Early Childhood or related field and two years of experience in a related field. Minimally, must meet Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) standards of: AA Degree or higher, or 72 quarter hours or 48 college semester credits of 100 or higher, or Pass the Para-Pro Assessment via Educational Testing Services (ETS). Must meet the Fundamental Course of Study (FCS) requirements, provided at time of hire. First Aid/CPR with AED certificate. Food Handler's Permit. Current Portable Background Check (PBC) on file with WA State MERIT obtained prior to start date. Maintain Reliability Certificate through online assessment system. Must have a Tuberculosis (TB) test submitted to the district as soon as possible after employment is accepted, and no later than 30 days after employment begins. Current negative TB Test on file with WA State. Blood Borne Pathogen Training annually. Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.

Generally, you are eligible for SEBB benefits if you are anticipated to work at least 630 hours per school year (September 1 through August 31).
