Family Resource Coordinator Center For Pediatric Therapy - 3.5 Spokane, WA Job Details Full-time $30.45 - $32.00 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook HIPAA Driver's License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description We are looking for a Family Resource Coordinator (FRC) to serve our families with children that have disabilities or developmental delays. This position will inform families of resources available in Spokane County and help coordinate those services for the benefit of the child and family. This position will meet clients in clinic, in-home and at various community settings throughout Spokane County.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides education, support, and referral resources to families with children from birth to three years with disabilities or developmental delays. Collaborates and consults with early intervention providers, physicians, public health nurses and other community professionals to coordinate services for the client. Develops the Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP) using ESIT Data Management System (DMS) Uses the DMS to enter information, run reports, track children's progress, plan six months reviews, annuals and transitions. Complies with HIPAA, FERPA and confidentiality requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to utilize evidenced-based screening and assessment tools (e.g. Ages and Stages, ASQ, Denver II) Knowledge /experience working with birth to 3 years with disabilities or developmental delays and their families. Knowledge of human growth and development. Knowledgeable about community resources. Ability to work in a wide variety of in home and community settings throughout Spokane County. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree - Required. • Valid Washington State driver's license, vehicle and current auto insurance This is a full time salaried position with benefits that include medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off.
