JOB SUMMARY
Provide coordination and facilitate visitation services as outlined in the Family Time Contract with Department of Youth and Families (DCYF) of Washington State for beda?chelh child(ren). These services are requested through Social Worker referrals for visits with parents/guardians, grandparents, and siblings. Employee will assure the safety of child(ren) during visitations by providing transportation, supervised/monitored visits in homes, office or identified locations to meet the needs of the family. Entertain subjective and creative visitation plans for each visit. Complete visitation reports and billing forms following each visitation.
COMPENSATION
$25.31 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Associate Degree in a Human Services field may be considered in lieu of six (6) months of experience. Bachelor Degree in a Human Services field may be considered in lieu of one (1) year of experience.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
One (1) year of experience working with Children and families. One (1) year of experience with confidentiality.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
Must be 21 years of age. WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance Required) Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required) Be able to provide two (2) written references from prior employer/supervisor documenting their skills in working with children CPR/First Aid certificate.
  • Will allow 60 days to obtain. Food Handlers permit.
  • Will allow 60 days to obtain. Blood borne Pathogens certificate.
  • Will allow 60 days to obtain.
HIPAA certification upon hire Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a contracted position.
