Job Description
Birth to Three Program Coordinator - Early Intervention Diversified Personnel Services is partnering with a mission-driven organization to hire a Birth to Three Program Coordinator to lead an early intervention program serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities under Wisconsin's IDEA Part C program. This leadership role ensures families receive coordinated developmental services while guiding a team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination Serve as the primary contact for families, referral partners, and medical providers Coordinate intake and oversee implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) Support families with resources, guidance, and referrals to additional services when needed Oversee the transition process as children approach age three Program Oversight Maintain accurate client records and ensure IDEA Part C compliance Monitor program outcomes and complete required reporting Leadership Hire, train, and supervise Birth to Three service coordinators and program staff Provide staff training and support professional development Manage departmental resources and maintain program performance within budget Qualifications Education & Experience (one required): Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Early Childhood Development, or related field with Early Intervention experience OR 5+ years of leadership experience in Early Intervention, developmental services, or a related human services setting Additional Requirements Valid driver's license Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with families in a respectful and supportive manner Reporting Structure Reports to:
