  • Full-time Position Opening Children, Youth & Family Ministry Coordinator Ascension Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac, WI Ascension Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time Children, Youth & Family Ministry Coordinator (CYFMC) serves as a spiritual leader and program coordinator for the congregation's ministry to our children, youth, and their families, supporting faith formation for children and youth in accordance with the theology, mission, and practices of the North American Lutheran Church (NALC) and Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC).
This position works collaboratively with the Pastor, staff, and wider congregation to nurture and grow disciples of Jesus Christ who live out their faith in worship, service, and daily life. One focus of this position is plan, coordinate, and help to lead Christ-centered, age-appropriate faith formation opportunities rooted in Holy Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions, for children and youth who are in high school and younger. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated personal commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church; strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people of all levels of the congregation; effective communications skill sets, including the ability to determine the best means/apps to reach out to our children, youth, and their families, and proven computer skills. Post high school education is required, along with demonstrated results working with youth and their families. Weekly participation during Sunday morning and Wednesday evening events is needed.

$50,000.00
